   Chinese cooking has become one of my fortes throughout my culinary career. This time, I'm coming at you with a very popular Chinese takeout dish, that's inspired me from the original beef with string bean in black bean sauce, or as the Chinese call it:"Sticks Killed Cattle." As awkward as that may seem, it's probably just a figure of speech. In any case, within the past fifteen years, I've noticed a lower calorie version hitting the local restaurants.
