For this recipe, you'll need:
Baby Back Ribs Slab(Pork)
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
Worcestershire Sauce
Rosemary (2 sprigs)
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
4 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Ground Fennel
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1 Tsp Onion Powder (Optional)
During your prep, it's always important to thoroughly wash the meat under cold running water, along with a few splashes of white vinegar, and a drizzle of lemon juice. Let it soak for 10-20 minutes. Then, drain, and rinse with cold water. After that, you'll need to pat dry with paper towels, since the surface must be dry before applying the Italian Sausage Seasoning (A.K.A. the dry rub). In a separate roasting pan, place down the rib rack, and remove the membrane from the back of the rack. Use a thick paper towel for this, since it's otherwise difficult to grip by, just using your fingers.
Once that's accomplished, you'll liberally season both sides of the slab of ribs and, pat the seasoning down. Next, you'll drizzle on some olive or, peanut oil. You can also use vegetable oil for this, if you prefer. It really doesn't matter, since we're only using the oil to help brown the meat during baking. The Dark Soy Sauce will also help in this. Go ahead and, add the soy sauces and, Worcestershire sauce. coating evenly. Next, place your fresh herbs on and pat down the garlic on both sides.
Once you're finished with that, simply refrigerate for at least four hours but, preferably overnight. Pork may be refrigerated in marinade for up to five days without a problem.

The next day, remove the ribs from the fridge up to an hour before cooking. Preheat your oven to 425 F, and broil for 20 minutes. Then, reduce heat to 250F, and continue slow roasting for an hour and, a half. Remove from oven after time has passed, and liberally baste with cooking oil, remembering to turn over at least once during second phase of cooking. For this last phase, you'll want to turn the oven to broil for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, then remove from oven and, let it rest for at least 20 minutes before cutting to serve!
